We've bought a weighing scale 2 years ago and we understand that it's out of warranty but this company's customer service is so pathetic that they don't even care to respond to customers mails and neither callback. It's been about 15 days I've been chasing them for a paid assistance. Stay away with crooks like these and take your business elsewhere locally or with name brands.

The service technician did a wonderful job! Came Tuesday evening, which was great! Found the problem quickly and offered a choice of solutions. XRF Gold Testing analyzer machine was expertly done and with great care. He was very polite, respectful, and pleasant.

Managers are mostly supportive. GREAT work life balance that is the main reason, tracking through documents was easy, Good improvement in ability level work is really good and tricky so you learn lot while working..
